This method allows us to prepare and dispatch your parcel faster, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience.

How to place a prepaid order:

  1. Complete your order and make the full payment in advance through the provided payment method.

  2. After sending the payment, kindly share a screenshot of your payment confirmation on WhatsApp along with your name, address, and contact number.

  3. Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed and shipped.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Prepaid orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • You can expect your parcel to be delivered within 4 working days depending on your city and courier service.

  • Priority handling for all prepaid customers.

  • Reduced chances of order cancellation or delays.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We understand that some customers prefer to pay upon receiving their parcel — that’s why we also offer a Cash on Delivery option.

Important details for COD orders:

  • No advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.

  • Payment will be collected by the courier representative at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure that you are available to receive your parcel at the given address and have the exact payment amount ready.

Delivery Timeline:

  • COD orders typically take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your city or courier workload.

Note: COD orders may experience slightly longer delivery times due to additional verification and processing steps required by the courier company.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after dispatch.

  • Customers are requested to double-check their shipping details (name, address, and phone number) before confirming the order.

  • In case of an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated time, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
